What do I need to get started with SEED?
Before you begin, you will need an e-mail to sign up. We are going to send you password and then you can connect with your account. Our beginner’s guide can teach you more about getting started. You will learn how to submit your products and manage how they will appear in SEED and Facebook.
How can I import my products to SEED?
You can import your products to SEED manually or automatically. You can make a table in .xcl or CSV and import all your products at once.
Where will my products show?
All of your inserted products will be shown in SEED feed. Here you can choose will you show them, hide them or permanently delete them from platform. Also, you can connect your product’s catalogue from Facebook and manage products easily in SEED.
What can I do with products in SEED?
You can easily manage all products. It doesn’t matter are you going to search them by product code, name or category or some other attribute. The advantage of SEED is possibility to check all of your products at once, unlike Facebook - where you need to check one by one. If you want to delete all of them, you can make it simple with SEED. Also, you can connect with product catalogue on Facebook and make changes in name, product code, price and all other parameters you set.
What is SEED feed?
A SEED feed is interface that contains a list of products you inserted in SEED. When you add products, you can assign attributes to each one and group them together. Once you have created a feed, you can use it multiple times across SEED features as you need.
How do I pay SEED?
It depends on which package are you going to use. SEED has two different packages and cost components. You can choose between monthly or annual billing. After you choose your package, you will need to register to SEED, enter your information and make the payment by PayPal. You are going to get a confirmation e-mail and access to the system.
What about SEED app?
If you want, we can make an app for your business. Your customers can find all of your products in an easy way with no distractions or other offers. Also, in this way you can raise loyalty of your customers.
